Please enable the ability to see the line for estimated place in queue to be on the BID or ASK columns.  It is only visible on COB.   However the COB shows the same data as the individual BID and ASK columns so its redundant to have a COB column in addition to BID and ASK columns up on the DOM. You can change the /resources/sounds/bicycle_bell.wav file in the Bookmap.jar with any suitable wave file named bicycle_bell.wav To do that copy your customized bicycle_bell.wav file, change Bookmap.jar extension from .jar to .zip, open it...

Please update Bookmap with the ability to change the sounds on trades.
