Hi, is there a cross-instrument trading capability available for crypto instruments?

I want be able to scalp long and swing long at the same time at the same price on two different accounts.
Is this possible?

if I enable hedge trading option on binance website, how will it affect trading on bookmap?
if I open a long and right click to limit close that long, how can I differentiate that close vs. opening a short?

Currently, scroll bar on the price axis will always have the current price centered. so It only zooms in and out I remember being able to use my scroll bar to scroll up and down the price axis and the chart would also move up and down.
