Totally agree, keyboard shortcuts are way more in control rather pinpointing mouse generated order.
Most of the trade apps offer kb shortcuts:
LMT B/S
MKT B/S
Increase/Decrease LMT orders & STP orders
Preset Bracket orders
Close/Flaten/Reverse
