New build mac-106 is released.

Fixed issue: rithmic caused crash on 5+ opened tabs. Now rithmic users can open more tabs.

There was an issue with Turkish (and maybe some others) locale. We set locale to be English by default.

Also. There was a bug in update system so those who want to update bookmap have to download latest build manually.

Link to latest build is updated in the first post, please check. Multiple monitor issue should be fixed in this build.

Also now system default fonts are used so mac-specific symbols like ⌘ are displayed correctly.

I don't see the liquidity tracker in the api plugin section either. My only options are Chase, Escape and Execute. The "Add" box is grayed out.
