We plan soon to release cross platform trading. It will allow to get the data from platform A (e.g. Rithmic) and trade over platform B (e.g. TWS)
This will support IB futures as well as TradeStation and other platform
We plan to release it in Q4/2020. beta testing will probably start in Oct

Consider to try indicator/s offered at Bookmap marketplace https://marketplace.bookmap.com/
I believe there are some moving averages indicators but I might be wrong (never tried it myself)

If you subscribe to Nasdaq, you'll get the T&S from Nasdaq only.
In order to get the T&S from all US exchanges, you have to subscribe to NBBO

Please check also the zoom level you're using. It sometimes happens with zoom > 100% in different window height

and why is  "recenter: none" unavailable to select sometimes ?

It was previously disabled when DOM is selected. Make sure you upgrade to the latest 7.1 where recenter = none is enabled
