Please add to the API the possibility to get information on the cross-trading instrument, like alias, tick size, multiplier, etc. Please also document how the orders and executions are handled. I have detected double order IDs and double execution IDs with a ":R+" postfix.

I believe wrong timestamp was configured for the Reset TimeStamp. For the hour it seems first 113 and then 900 was configured. I have prepared a version which ignores wrong timestamp, please find it attached. Give it at try.

I used to us onBbo before on simple plugins, but now I am trying to use it on Layer1. I have realised, there is no corresponding Layer1Bbo listener. Is there a way to get the best bid and offer on Layer1?
