FYI.. In the latest Bookmap 7, the Crosshair is synced across multiple charts. (regardless of chart sync mode)
this improve dramatically the time orientation between charts

We've discussed this topic with dxFeed and based on their feedback we decided not to enable iceberg as there is a synchronization issue that will create fake detections (caused by orders and quotes that are not arriving at the right order). note that such adapter can be developed via Bookmap Connect API. (it requires to have a distribution license as well)
Regardless of the above, it would be important to learn how many price levels are broadcast by the Indian exchanges
