BM Study - Ask/Bid Flip during Halt
Last question for the night. $PECK 9.24.20 First halt at 9.47. At 10.05 stock still halted but something strange happens. The Bid (green line) is above the Ask (red line). Prior to 10.05, it was the opposite, which is the normal way it should be. This flip of the Ask and Bid stay that way though ...

BM Study - Ghost order? Does not show up in Order Flow
Working at the very granular level to understand BM. Working to build a new tool and making I understand the order flow. The Green candle shown in has a low of 4.37 as circled by blue. But there isn't any volume bubble shown in the order flow. Is it possible for trades to happen and not show up in...

Re: BM Study - Candle stick open without any orders
This ticket can close. Couple things. I will assume that the Preceding candle Close will be the the Proceeding Open if no price action has taken place to change these two values. Also, in lining up BM candle sticks to other charting platforms, I discovered That I should have my Candlesticks set to...

BM Study - Candle stick open without any orders
candle open without any orders executed.JPG This screen shot shows the 6.08 candle open (@4.24) but there is no orders at that price between leading up to the candle close time. How is something like this possible? If the first order is the first blue bubble (I use blue over green for buy) (@4.40),...

BM Study - Candle changes based on zoom
The image on the left shows a chart time frame of 1 minute spreads
The image on the right shows a chart time frame of .30 spreads.
The candle goes from Red to Green between the two time frames. Why is that?

BM Study - Bubble colors on bid and ask
BM GC on Red.png Seeking understanding Just working to understand the details of BM order flow. A large order is placed on the ASK line (red) but the orders shows as RED but the candle shows as Green. Is this because someone is selling on the ASK? Typically, buying on the ASK would show a Green b...

Re: Stock Historical Data sets
Thank you...that definitely makes BM more useful. Eventually it would be beneficial to load in data by date versus a hour limit. There are several historical charts that I would like to study. If DXfeed holds historical data, is it possible to add data based on date (or date range) for an instrume...

BM Study - Stock Historical Data sets
Still new here on the platform and learning as I go. I think the only way to get market data for a US stock is to track the stock in BookMap in real time...meaning, I can't load the stock symbol and then see select a historic data set. If I can load a historical data set , please share how I can lo...

BM Study - Candlestick OHCL across 4 platforms.
So did a study today on $PIC 10:12 1 minute chart across four different charting platforms. Barring the same between Sterling and CS, each produced a different looking candle, BM being the most extreme. Not sure what to make of this but is concerning if I am looking for the first 1 minute candle to...
