How do I upgrade?...

Whether I go:

1)  from the bookmap app itself (https://bookmap.com/members/signup/upgr ... ade_button)

2) or from the site (https://bookmap.com/#pricing)

3) or, as explained in the google search results*, through here www.bookmap.com/portal (and then through addons or upgrade)

...I end up 

at 

1) https://bookmap.com/members/signup (where I choose no addons and fill out my details and press 'next')

or at

2) https://bookmap.com/members//signup/upgrade (where I tick 'credit card' and press 'next')

and, in both cases, after clicking 'next'

it takes me in loop to

https://bookmap.com/

Is there ANY way out of this loop?...

You wrote as also by email. I answered you. Please answer by email why do you think that you still don't have Global susbcription. Your license is correct updated to Global.
