I mainly trade stocks and etf as QQQ, SPY, IWM. What is the best data subscription for my trading? Does dxfeed have etfs?

DxFeed includes etfs too yes. Also, with DxFeed you get full market depth of data.
You can subscribe to DxFeed if you go under your account in bookmap.com and then under the add subscriptions Tab.
