I ran into a heatmap scale bug.
The live feed includes a gap when the 6E CME market was closed for 1 hour. Whenever the gap is included in the heatmap the it's scale does not make sense. Let me know if sending you the data feed will make fixing this easier. I experience this for all symbols.

Is it possible to not update the heatmap scale when no new market data is being received?

Sorry if it's too much. I'm a software developer so I have an eye for edge cases.

Thank you so much. It would be great if you could reproduce that while replaying a feed file. We need the file to reproduce the bug and to fix it.

Sounds good, I save all feed files so it shouldn't be a problem.

I'll send an email to support with the feed file later today.
