Hello All,
After updating bookmap the other day my volume bubbles are not plotting correctly. I've never had this issue until i updated.
I keep them filtered to minimal trade size of 100 & am watching the Time and Sales column to see if it is indeed missing - sure enough it is. Several 100+ lots show in the tape but it is NOT plotting on the heatmap. Has anyone run into this issue and how did you fix it? I have opened a support ticket but still waiting to hear back from them.
Any help is appreciated.

Please specify which version you updated from and to which version. To me it sounds like you might have had an old one where delta volume dots were not available, and now you are on the one where those were added. It's a new default. You can go into dots settings and turn off delta volume dots there.
