Having an issue with Cloud notes on certain subscriptions

Im having an issue getting Soybeans to work with my local Cloud Notes. I currently use Tradestation to create my CSV files and they work with all other contracts ive subscribed to since i started using Notes in beginning of year. Originally, I thought it might be due to the fact that Soybeans are still quoted in fractions even though my CSV files prices have decimals. So i also set up notes for Corn and Wheat and they wont how anything either.
But then i added them for the 30yr Bond (also quoted in fractions) but that worked fine.
Each time i try any of the contracts that wont work i can see the files load in Bookmap but nothing ever shows up in columns. Im stumped
Any input would be appreciated.
