problems with activating bookmap API in live

hey there. i bought the orderflow tool kit and cant get it installed into bookmap.
when i try to activate api in live i get this.
what agreement ?
poked around for awhile and cant figure this out.

Hi Aaron,
As I see API is active for your license. Please try to re-open your Bookmap and try again. If will still have the same problem please contact us by email

hey there. i overcame that obstacle but now i have a new one
i bot the
FV OrderFlow Toolkit. when i go to activate the add-on this is what i see and it doesnt work.
FV said that it should work and to contact bookmap.
please help as i'm wasting time here
