Short-Cut Add-On Manager not available (re-center DOM)

Hi, 

I'm trying to add DOM Pro to the Short Cut window- in order to create a keyboard short cut for re-centering the DOM.  The window does not have the Add-On manager.  Please advise.  Thank you.
