Order Book

Hello,
(I hope you will understand what I mean with my poor English ...)
There are different kinds (I would say profile) of Order Book.
For example, on Binance Future, BTC / USD_Perp the big levels are really close to the price and really seams to drive the price.
On Binance Future, BTC / USDT (and Spot) order books levels are really differents. They often become narrow when you are closer to the price.
Do you have some explainations to those differences ?
