Bookmap forum

Unlike trade copier, which I also would like to see, I would like to be able to trade two separate accounts in Bookmap. Either by having two separate windows open, each with their own trading accounts; or, the ability to switch accounts within the same window. 

This would be helpful for trading a live and a practice account simultaneously, and testing different strategies in different accounts.
