Bookmap forum

Hi, I'm new to Bookmap.

I just subscribe to BookMap with dxFeed data Futures Full Depth Bundle. I've correctly configured connection but when subscribing to an instrument, a future, /esH20 for instance, no data are displayed.

Help needed.

Please attach logs.
You can find them opening "File" -> "Open user folder" from bookmap. There should be Logs folder. Attach latest one.

Hi , the same is happening to me and already paid for the data 

The expiration looks wrong..
