Can't open more DXFEED windows why ? = I got Global plus subscription

Hi
I had free demo version since yesterday 21-03-2020 I upgraded my account to Global Plus.
Why it's blocking me to get more Dxfeed windows (Number of instrument parallel subscriptions should be 20)
Why it's still showing DXDEMO ?
For the crypto I can have easly 3 open windows but for DXFEED why can I only have one open ?
