Yes it is possible to connect to Rithmic and CQG in parallel
When you launch Bookmap, you have to decide which mode of operation it'll be. If you select the 2nd mode, you'll send orders locally (to Bookmap sim) in the 3rd mode, you'll be sending orders to the broker's gateway. Note that still gateway can be demo environment or live
