Unable to view entire Order Book for higher priced equities

I'm currently using the DXFeed demo and if an equity price is less than say $100 I am able to zoom out on the price ladder to see the entire order book from $0 to $200 as an example. However, if I look at AMZN with a $2400 current price I can only see the same ~$100 on either side which happens to be more than the price can move in a day and I feel like I'm definitely missing information. Is this a limitation on the data feed or Bookmap or perhaps I'm missing some settings. Thanks for any help.
