Start Bookmap automatically after System Start or other else. Very important if you run Bookmap on a Server

It's not currently implemented, but there is a workaround that should, in theory, work: copy the shortcut from C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Bookmap (which is the shortcut you see in the start menu) to %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
Windows should start everything there every time computer is booted.

are there any command line parameters that can be added so that it will automatically start in the live mode by default and not require you to select those settings in the initial pop-up dialog that loads now?
