Customizable text colors for the Icebergs and Stops indicator

I think that adding a customizable text color option to the Icebergs and Stops indicator would be greatly beneficial. The Absorption indicator already has this feature and I personally find it incredibly helpful for optimizing contrast between the quantity label and the heat map background.
