Anchored CVD and/or ability to draw horizontal lines/trendlines in subgraph

Requesting ability to create new anchored CVD line(s) at specific time(s) of choice for a reference level only, not a complete reset to 0.
E.g., ES main CVD resets to 0 at 18:00 ET and remains in place the full 23 hours while a 2nd auxiliary new horizontal "trendline" can be set to start at 09:30 as a reference point but w/o resetting the entire CVD to 0 or affecting CVD's previous movement. If CVD happens to be at +10,000 at 9:30 then you would see a horizontal trendline be drawn at 10,000 as reference point going fwd.
Other idea is to enable manually drawing trendlines or horizontal lines on CVD subgraph
