Bookmap needs a method to enter orders based on an indicator.

For example in the simplest example one should be able to put a standing limit order at a Kelner Upper Channel; or for example 0.25 ticks above or below.  As the market moves the standing order should be updated.  This needs to integrate with Bracket Orders and Trailing Stops as well.
