[BUG on BookMap] Bug on how BookMap handles StopLoss orders

Hello Support,
I found a bug with BookMap on how it handles the StopLoss orders

I found if I took a trade on BookMap >>> WITH JUST STOP LOSS ORDERS Enabled and NO Take Profit orders enabled on the OCO OPTIONS

If I go long 1 contract or whatever and then I Market sell 1 contract and close that position

>>>> THE STOP LOSS STAYS on the MARKET instead of being closed instantly. :O

That is very very dangerous and needs to be fixed -- PRONTO. ;O

THANKS A MILLION FOR YOUR TIME AND CONSIDERATION :)

Hi,
I assume you may have used the stop not in the right way. To close the position you have to press "flatten". If you use "market sells" to close a position, Bookmap has no way to know that your intention is to actually close a position and not just offset the position.
In case you use "flatten" button - please let us know which data provider it is and we'll investigate this further
If you suggest to cancel all orders every time position crosses zero, that's a very specialized way to handle things and currently it doesn't work in Bookmap this way.
Hope that helps

Yea true Zack --
I did mean to cancel all STOP ORDERS when the position crosses ZERO

I don't want BookMap to close ALL orders when position Reaches or Crosses ZERO >>> just the stop losses associated with that position.

or it can just MATCH the stop losses of a position to the NUMBER OF CONTRACTS live in the market.
