Horizontal Line for Cloud/Custom Notes

Please add an optional feature to automatically draw a horizontal line at Custom and Cloud Notes. It would be helpful if the default color for each line adopted the color of the note style.

Yes, please add that feature. I was just about to request the same. It's annoying to draw and adjust level lines during the day.
Even a crude solution that automates the drawing tools would be welcome. Like "create lines for CN level using CN background color". Doesn't need to auto update as long as it can be called again.
