Drawing tool speed up

New feature request:

SPEED UP THE USE of the Drawing tools

I would love to set keyboard shortcuts for rectangles, lines, etc.  on Bookmap as well-- to speed up their use

Also be able to speed up their deletion if I have to remove them.  

There needs to be a SHORTCUT for DELETE HIGHLIGHTED Drawing Object
