IB TWS transfers data from the socket port from the brokerage account. Some exchanges provide free depth for all asset types like stock (STK), FUTURES (FUT).
Bookmap connection should allow all exchanges and asset types instead of restricting to particular exchanges like GLOBEX , ECBOT etc. and asset types to FUT. The other trading platforms like Amibroker, Investors R/T all exchanges, currencies and AssetTypes for Interactive Brokers.
