SPEED UP BOOKMAP REPLAY

Hello Developers
It would be great if you could increase the speed of replay playback on Bookmap.
The replay only goes to 128x but if we want to test an indicator on the lower window we want BM to replay AS FAST as Possible for that computer.
It would be great if you could make BM go as fast as the CPU and RAM could allow.
There is no need to put an upper limit on it with modern fast processors.
