introduce cumulative quotes delta column

Currently quotes delta resets every time when price changes and there is no way to configure that. It would be nice to have a column that keeps adding those numbers similar to the quotes counter with reset by double click. Ideally one would also have a histogram.
This would make it much easier to keep track of stacking and pulling at different levels in the book.
