Bookmap Gateway

As Bookmap is hardware intensive and assuming production environment runs on EC2, there is a need for a lightweight running mode.

Similar to Interactive Brokers: TWS (with charts and graphics). vs. gateway (headless API only mode).

Alternatively provide configurations to reduce rendering and graphics to rely mainly on the API (addons).
