More FTX Orderbook Depth

The FTX crypto exchange adapter seems to be limited to only 100 (native tick) levels presumably because of the API it uses under the hood.

Would it be possible to switch to the groupedOrderbooks API so that we can get levels from deeper in the book? The received messages are the same as the standard orderbook API.

Are the adapters open source? I'd be happy to contribute this option myself if I can get access to the code.
