Hold <Shift> to snap to horizontal when drawing line segments or rays
This is a common feature in drawing software, would be great for marking levels on charts. Sometimes you don't want to draw an infinite horizontal line, just a smaller segment or ray. Currently it is slow and difficult to draw a perfect horizontal line segment, but adding the common feature of holding <Shift> while drawing to snap to horizontal (or vertical, for that matter) would solve this.
