Add Data Feed Connection with Cobra Trading/DAS

Many users already pay for data packages with DAS. It would be great if we could integrate those data feeds with bookmap instead of having to pay for the same feed twice. And it some cases dxfeed is missing a lot of the data that's seen in DAS.
