Bug: Time Axis Zooming

This seems to be a design bug to me.
Normally you can zoom in & out on the time axis follows:
In order to do it, we have to be on the live/bleeding edge of price action.
However, if we use the hand tool (Shortcut Key: M)
we can no longer zoom in/out using the time axis
Please fix this bug, thanks
