Adjustable CVD Scale

Sometimes a massive order completely eclipses all price action around it, e.g:
In such a case I can no longer clearly (manually by eye) read the CVD (Cumulative Volume Delta)
Solution:
Please enable CVD scale adjustment - similar to how we can manually adjust the price axis scale
