Time & Sales - Highlight Over Threshold

Hi,

Can a feature be implemented to highlight rows over a set size?
i.e. T&S highlight any orders above 100

Can a feature be implemented to highlight rows that are below bid / above ask?
i.e. T&S highlight any orders above 20 that cross above the current ask price
