DOM Pro - actually make some use of the MBO data

DOM Pro should allow to be configured to show market by order data, especially orders with size and position queue per price level as seen on this screenshot
With that view I can clearly see where are the large orders and what's their position in queue. Especially useful for the bonds futures traders
