DOM Pro - add column with key session reference points

DOM Pro should be able to show additional column automatically populated with the most important session reference points: globex open, cash open, previous close, user-defined Opening Range (ie 30 seconds, 5 minutes and so on), Initial Balance, overnight high, overnight low
