Ability to Scale Vertical Axis in Sub-Graph Please

Like most platforms, we should be able to scale the lower sub-graph in the vertical axis.  Currently this is not possible unless you change the upper, main chart which doesn't work if you like your upper chart the way it is.  We should be able to dial-in the lower sub-graph by scaling the vertical axis independently, so we can see what's happening when the indicators get all clumped up around the zero line for instance.
