Volume Dots "phase" in and out

Could someone please fix this issue? When the Chart is set under Volume Dots to 3D Bubbles and Volume Delta and Clustering By Volume (it doesn't matter if "Apply smart clustering on top is checked or unchecked) most Dots don't show and they phase in and out.
