VWAP indicator updates

Following features want in the VWAP indicator
1. Increase the number of bands from 3 to 5 or 6. And option to show or hide each pair of bands individually.
2. To continue the VWAP for the next day in case of daily VWAP. Similarly continuation of weekly VWAP of last week for the current week. Similarly for the monthly VWAP.
