While in normal (non-'move') mode, one can drag pending orders. While in move mode, the order handles are not draggable (verified in both windows, mac). This presents a problem when one wants to drag an order to a point currently out of visible range. Exiting move mode and zooming to expose the destination is a very poor workaround; the destination may not be visible without quite a lot of zooming, the resolution may not permit a precise drop, and in any case this is a set of operations that can take a prohibitive amount of time to execute. I would like to request, please, that orders be draggable while in 'move' mode.
