Update BTC Perps with New Important Exchanges

In the past, Binance, Bybit and OkX have been the exchanges with the majority of BTC perp volume, but recently, there has been a shift of volume allocation towards other exchanges such as Bitget and CoinW. (See picture below)

These changes could reduce the effectiveness of bookmaps multibook for Bitcoin, which has not yet updated to include data from these high volume exchanges.

If possible, please update the Multibooks to include data from these increasingly important exchanges to ensure MultiBook stays up to date and as effective as possible.

These exchanges are known for "wash trading": https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wash_trad ... 20position.

The numbers are nonsense/made up. Coinmarketcap isn't a reliable source whatsoever, and will happily report any number you feed them. Rest assured, you can safely ignore these exchanges.
