Please change tab and window behavior when I add a subscritption

Hi There,
Every time I add a new subscription, I find myself scrambling, clicking on the right arrow tab until I get to this new tab that was just added when I added the subscription. Why isn't this new tab made the active tab by default? It's always the case that I want to take a look at it right away.
Here are two things that would make my Bookmap life sooo much easier/faster:
1/ when I add a new subscription, immediately switch focus to it
2/ when I add a new subscription, have a checkbox in the `Subscribe` dialogue that allows me to `Open in New Window` instead of adding it as a new tab if I want to
