Bookmap forum

Hi

Is there an option to start Bookmap with parameters? 
My target is under Mac: bookmap --ticker TSLA (Windows bookmap.exe --ticker TSLA)

So every time I start this binary with the symbol, I would like to open a new window with the corresponding ticker from the parameter. Or is there a localhost API running on which I can execute certain commands through REST API?

Is there such an option?

Yes, also a /mode <trading,simulation,replay> parameter, please.

We need to restart Bookmap once in the morning to work around the limitation in Trader Map not being able to access local historic data and the inability to start Bookmap unattended is quite annoying. Yes we can do AutoHotKey and all kinds of hackery, but basic cmd support would really be appreciated.

Also a /noupdate toggle. We do not want to automate clicking update dialogs, when all we want is to record data for use after cash open.
