SVP configuration

a request I got...
In SVP column config, to enable the BBO markers also in 'Bars only' and 'Bars & Numbers' modes (currently it works only works with the "Numbers Only" choice).
Also, if Bid is selected (uncheck Ask), only the outline around the Bid should be showing not both.
