Add Bitmex Tick Size Change

Please add tick size change function fort Bitmex. Now the default tick size for Bitmex bitcoin perpetual contract is 0.5 on Bookmap, which is way too small. With such small tick size, price flys out of screen in seconds when market gets busy; it also makes examining liquidity condition a painful task.
