Please make it possible to isolate DOM and TCP to an independent window, and add customaizable hotkeys for size changes, cancel orders, and flatten functions. These features are very very useful for scalping. 

Please add tick size change for Bitmex.

 Would be helpful, agree. Also a solution for someone wanting dxfeed, but trading through cqg for instance.... without having to open two charts.
